PRODUCT AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
PRICES AND AVAILABILILTY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL PRICES DISPALYED ARE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS (NZD) AND INCLUDE GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, your order will proceed with the pricing as it was at the time the order was placed.
Reference to any product or service on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product or service is available. If an item that is in stock in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone that your order will not be filled and payment will be refunded.
HOURS OF SERVICE
For ordering online the site is a 24-hour, all day service. We will make best efforts to ensure that the service is available and working at all times. Our office is staffed between 8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You may leave a message if calling outside these hours (0800 555 561) or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at any time.
Delivery of goods in New Zealand will proceed once your payment is confirmed. Orders will be shipped by courier or freight company. We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your order within the times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier or freight problems outside of our control.
If you want to cancel your purchase before goods have been dispatched please contact us on 0800 555 561 immediately. Any refunds will be made using the same form as the original payment and will exclude the cost of freight.
We use ANZ and DPS Payment Express to accept Visa or Mastercard payments. DPS Payment Express is the number one payment gateway in New Zealand, so you can be sure your details are kept safe and secure. Payments may also be made through PayPal. All payments are in New Zealand dollars. The name Printed Balloons will appear on your cardholder statements for any transaction made through this website.
